It's probably like buying select for RO4, you can have things early-ish and pay the select fee and then pay again for the ROM hardware or wait for the ROM Hardware to appear and just pay that price I would suggest you contact Castle directly if you want specfics either by email or phone as suggested in their news item on their website and as stated in CSA announce... I've always found them very helpful.
