If the iconise button on the titlebar is used, the window will iconise to the
location specified in !Configure, either aligned along one of edge of the
pinbord, on the pinboard under the button, or to the iconbar.

If the window is iconised by clicking on the close icon with ctrl held down,
the !Configure setting is ignored, and it is always iconised to the pinboard
under the button.

Select has fixed this inconsistency, and always used !Configure's location.
