Moreover, as this particular model (X100) has no (circuit-breaking) On-Off switch, it means switching off at the wall when doing a 'boot-from-cold' restart! TBH, in the light of the above I can't see the point of the soft restart button: I'd much rather have a conventional, RPC-style, make-and-break switch on the front.
