We were just discussing that here, and started asking ourselves "why do
we even need to involve the other ISPs DNS server at all?"...

Hi Dan,

But you need MX records for both of them too. OK, it looks like you have
both of those now, so things should work. 

F:\>nslookup
Default Server:  marsoutpost.tacteam.net
