Hi Dan,

There's no problem with it, but you don't fully leverage the built-in
"failover" capabilities provided by MX records. If the MTA sending to
your domain can't connect with the most preferred server (one with the
lowest preference number), then it will try those will lower preferences
before giving up.

Okay, done... Is there a problem with creating multiple A records with
different IPs?

Hi Dan,

If you're creating static records, you should have two different MX
records and A records, so that you have something like:

mail.mapsnet.org A 207.75.63.2
mail2.mapsnet.org A  24.213.58.250

mail.mapsnet.org MX 10
mail2.mapsnet.org MX 20
