You will get far less "mailservers" on dynamic IPs than virus infected
PCs that directly send out spam ..
So as you say - dynamic IP subnets are blocked by policy at most places
You should be able to use a smarthost - and anybody providing a
smarthost should have the sense to exempt outbound mail from his own
users. Please read my previous reply carefully
