I don't know who to hate. OpenProxy for maintaining the list or BSNL or
the BSNL user who got the IP banned!
Lol .... think about it , if a crazy user , decides to write a script to
restart his modem send a mail and loop it. If it runs for a day , a whole
lot of ppl are going to get affected. And you cant hate a maniac , or maybe
his computer was compromised and he wasnt even before it. So BSNL should
really block port 25 for outgoing and not for incoming for thier own good.
