Firstly, look up what a DNSBL is:

Thanks for the information on DNSBL , i thought if your ip gets blacklisted
, you just cant run a mail server from that dynamic ip.So it realy isnt a
problem as it will again get blacklisted if you want to run a mail
server.But now i understand that a ip blacklisted will be prevented from
other services as well.
