Don't you have to put in a specific subject or a specific e-mail address?
MS outlook just moves anything it thinks is junk to the junk e-mail folder.

Hi:
If you check out the filtering settings, you'll find you can already create
folders to move your email files to. Please see the Manual for more
details.
