I know this gets off topic a bit, but since it was brought up, the
series that Allan was talking about by Margaret Weis and Tracey
Hickman that has the cross over is the Darksword Trilogy, though I
think it actually has four books.
Yes, just checked.. It does have four.
Forging the darksword
Doom of the Darksword
Triumph of the Darksword
and Legacy of the darksword.
I kind of feel like Star Wars is the most popular of that particular
genre, and whenit's done right, it is really good.. When it's not
though.. It's an experience rivaled only by bambooshoots under the toe
nails or by kobolds overrunning your fireball slinging wizard while
your barbarian is out of moves on the other side of a tunnel.. grins
Okay, sorry. that was a poor atempt to try to put something on-topic in here.
