Hi Clara,

I hope you had a great weekend!  I wanted to follow up on the items before our 
meeting next week, July 9th.  See my notes in blue.

- Inviting the window person to have them to our next board meeting on Monday, 
July 9th with samples. I will follow up to confirm that he will be able to 
attend.  Have we confirmed with the window vendor? Yes, He will be able to 
attend on the 9th.

-  Update on the progress of the reserve study. Checking with Ray Engineering 
on status. Is this complete?  Can we get the copy please?  Not yet – they 
needed a form filled out with additional history on the property – I submitted 
the form. The study should take a couple of weeks.

- Combining providers for the clubhouse and pool phones. Windstream will be 
providing us with the options. Do we have an update?

- Dennis, during the meeting to get an idea on what we paid for the pool 
furniture purchased last year. We're looking into purchasing more but need to 
review how much it cost to determine what all we can afford to get. Any pricing 
you have would be helpful. I confirmed that it was a total of $4,130 – I can 
also get pricing for the pool furniture we need.  Can we have the pricing of 
the furniture per piece or whatever the lowest bundle would be?  Board, if we 
can vote on this prior to the meeting that would be great.  I found the vendor 
and waiting on the pricing – I should have that prior to the meeting.

One item I forgot to add before was the treadmill.  We voted to have the 
incline of the treadmill fixed for the $300 the repair man quoted.  Did they 
come out to fix it?  I can go check tonight if that would be easier.  Thank 
you! That would be great – if for any reason it is not working, I will follow 
up with the vendor.

could we get pricing for chairs for the tables and the fold down chairs (I 
don't know what they're technically called)? We can then determine how many we 
can afford to get.

Hi Clara,

I hope this email finds you well.  Please see the attached picture of the car 
illegally parked at 207. If you can let the owner know this isn't allowed that 
would be great.  I noticed them parked there at 6:40am. Has the vehicle moved 
since yesterday? Let me know and if not we can go from there.

Regarding other items, the ones mentioned below seemed to be the most pressing 
items from the last meeting. If you have updates that would be great.
