I just forwarded the email with the committees.
Regarding the letters, if everything is contingent upon everything we won't
get too many things done. People are complaining about the windows and the
lack of information available as it is. The window vendor being present at
the meeting will at least show progress. Regarding the gate code change,
I'm all for it but during each meeting, as with the windows, we state we
will address it during the next meeting. Most of the delays are due to turn
over so I'm in no way placing blame. It's more about the year being half
way done and not accomplishing too much. If it's within our power it would
be great to start getting open items off our plate.
Depending on what everyone has going on for the holiday, if there's a way
for us to vet out the agreement we need to sign prior to Monday's meeting
all we will need to do during Monday's meeting, as it pertains to the
leasing agreement, is sign it.
In the meantime, if we can vet out the agenda so we can send that prior to
Monday's meeting that would be great. If not, I tried :-)
