Hi Kelli,
Regarding the illegally parked vehicle, we have a process in place to
address those issues. CMA should not be involved with parking issues,
and they do not have the ability to tow vehicles.
While I am generally seen as the parking enforcement person, anyone on
the Board can get the vehicle info, enter it into our parking database,
and generate a letter to place on the car's windshield. In the event
that a vehicle is blocking a driveway or is a repeat offender, any Board
member who knows their code word can call A Tow to have the vehicle
impounded.
Since no other Board members enforce parking, I understand that everyone
is rusty on how the process works. If anyone is interested in helping
to enforce parking, I will be glad to provide a brief tutorial on the
process.
I drove by at 11:45AM, and the vehicle was no longer there.
Also, thank you for summarizing the open issues from our last meeting
where we need CMA to take action. Our July meeting is quickly
approaching.

Hi Clara,
I hope this email finds you well. Please see the attached picture of the car
illegally parked at 207. If you can let the owner know this isn't allowed
that would be great. I noticed them parked there at 6:40am.
Regarding other items, the ones mentioned below seemed to be the most
pressing items from the last meeting. If you have updates that would be
great.
- Inviting the window person to have them to our next board meeting on
Monday, July 9th with samples.
- Update on the progress of the reserve study.
- Combining providers for the clubhouse and pool phones.
- Dennis, during the meeting to get an idea on what we paid for the pool
furniture purchased last year. We're looking into purchasing more but need to
review how much it cost to determine what all we can afford to get. Any
pricing you have would be helpful.
