I'll just mention the ones that show up in my Haiku install are:
bfs, cdda, ext2, fat, iso9660, nfs
These are the better working ones. There are more in the repo as
pointed out but they may be unfinished or buggy.
If you stick with ext2/3 & fat32 then you'll be in good shape.
