The user guide translation is a separate login, I'm sorry to say... :)
As you'll need to have the GUI translations at Pootle fairly complete
to sensibly work on the user guide translation (think of naming menu
items and button labels, screenshots, etc.), you may want to hold off
tackling the documentation for now.
When you're ready, contact me with your desired nickname and working
email address, and I can set you up.
