That's about the right temp range for fiberglass. It's good up to 1000f
max. K wool would be overkill.
Looking closer it looks a lot like the fiberglass tape Bob showed me once.
And the char definitely implies it's been burned through. Maybe very slow
and multiple passes? I'm just worried about it reflecting.
If you get it working, please share details! It will make armor craft way
easier. Lol
