wow freezing this morning here now
my sister told me its frost on grass
oh dear not good
today going to be wearing black and turquoise
hope its not cold in church hope not
if group coming from Colwyn bay then should have it nice and warm for them all

right must dash all have nice weekend
be good if possible hahahahahaha
jeny thank you for telling us how you broke your arm
healing does take time
this might sound stupid now but
wehn my brother broke his leg two years ago
he missed it all so badly not being able to do things
but strangely enough
wehn he was fit and recoverd agin he made dman sure he won't let that kind of
thing happen because made him enjoy life better because it got him so down not
being able to do things
he was so frustrated so wehn plaster came off he was so happy all over again
strange isn't it?

you know what its like
I think its stupid you having to be dragged through it all and they won't
settle it once and for all
they do my head in.
