It's an option.  As we are not in the decision making business, the
requirements should be put forth in such a way as to enable the stapled
model, or the wrapper model, or some other model  equally without
mandating any of them.

And while I am thinking about it, I should cover some of the sPA issues()
in a "More Info" section under parameters.
