Allen I know what you are wanting to do..I hope, but we have been here in
different ways previously. You need more.
You then ended with

But that is an assumption of heliocentrism.
You see we have to decide what is "free floating", as in the instant we look at
it and set it up. And nobody but a true bible believing Geocentric Christian
knows how to do that. But our assertion based upon faith is not acceptable to
any scientist even the scientist in me.
Some of us have great difficulty in comprehending that inertia of mass that is
not in any kind of acceleration, due to any force is the same as felt, at zero
motion, or a million miles per hour. The difference cannot be felt or sensed.
(this is the essence of my Bernie discussion)
Next, lets suppose you have your fixed floating instant, and we want to observe
the translation around the sun, yess yess we may see what you expect... and
you will of course see it, because that is the correct scientific position...as
observed. Because the earth is not moving.
But it isn't true... Its an illusion. Exactly in the same manner, and for the
same reason, as a geostationary satellite does not fall to earth... even though
WE KNOW this object is stationary with the earth, un moving.
Earth is unique. Its the true centre of the universe. (I wonder why. grin! )
The Universe/aether revolves around us. I mean if we wanted to put a geostat
above Mars, hey! it would have to be called a "marstat" , all of the
calculations of centripetal forces and velocities applied by convention to
earth would have to be aplied on Mars. Their science as regard the math is not
wrong, its just they do not accept the uniqueness of Earth, nor do they have
reason to...Its just another planet. A "marstat" would have be moving at the
correct velocity according to Mars rotation, because Mars is not the unique
earth, with respect to the aether. Mars is rotating in the aether, and is
moving through it. The earth is not.. If and as it is not, then to maintain
mathmatical appearances the aether has to be moving around the earth .
My physics definition of inertia has been modified to include the words
"relative" and "aether" .. From Wiki: " The term "inertia" is more properly
understood as a shorthand for "the principle of inertia" as described by Newton
in Newton's First Law of Motion which, expressed simply, says:
"An object that is not subject to any outside forces moves at a constant
velocity, covering equal distances in equal times along a straight-line path."
Now isn't that stupid? Constant velocity in a straight line is "covering equal
distances in equal times" So lets correct that first.,and I get rid of the
superflous word "path" as well.. This simplistic wording is why I see the
"devolution of man" not ascendency, as he sinks in intelligence and education
toward the end. Todays scientist almost universally call a kilo metre a kill
ometer, and they believe the first year of the new millenium is 1000, 2000 etc.
Basic math, and yet the whole world of science was arrayed against me and a
few other simple folk in the year 2000 fiasco .. The aboriginal in Australia
is like he is because he moved away from the centre of civilisation , God, and
men closer to God. Today we europeans in America and Australia are going down
the same path. We cannot speak more than one language, yet most europeans are
multi-lingual.. Japan and China too.. so Eden must be central to them
somewhere.
Ok back to subject.

and of course it is self evident "from and including zero velocity."
so I modfify
"inertia of an object is the resistance an object offers to movement
"relative" to the "aether" .
analogous to a boat moving against a stream. or the stream moving against the
boat. Newton describes the effect of inertia, as a property of matter, but does
not explain why this property exists. I tender my theory of why matter has this
property. it is a reaction against the aether... what is the aether... ?? Now
that is where science can get stared on the track of real scientific research.
I'll pop in some ideas next week.

axis...Phil, this is absolutly true because, otherwise the Grav probe B
experiment would have failed as well... only the box will translate with the
earth since it is fixed to the earth via ground stations. However, the
freefloating satilite is only fixed wrt the box on two of its axis..the third
axis which runs along the NCP free floats ...it will not translate it must
roatate if the earth and the box have any kind of orbit tanslation or not. This
is true because there is nothing to "lock" the satilite in a translation around
the sun, it free floats in the same way the spining part of a gyroscope would
freefloats. Remember, the background stars do not move wrt the NCP/axis or in a
GU they rotate into the same exact position every 23h56m4s thus a net motion of
0 around the NCP.
