Don't worry Paul, I have no real intention of patenting anything...that cost
real money. I have to be honest though, I donʼt know which one of your models
you are referring too..... I built a model several years ago to simulate some
stuff........ However, in any case, as I said before, the diagrams are just a
"models" of HC mechanics (angles & rotation/ translation) as per HC ( i donʼt
think anyone can really patent HC mechanics only the production specs ie sizes,
materials and such) The model is not based on how anyone interprets HC but how
HC models HC........................ so you could still make a fortune too :-)
Man we are all sitting on a "pot of gold". ..... .....LOL

PS I think if anyone tried to pattent a mech "for the purpose of proving HC
wrong" they would be laughed out the door.......... without consideration!

Allen D
I apologise for troubling you again -- I should have asked the first time. Did
your model's mechanical principles look like mine?
One of the things I noticed a long time ago is that if you give a definition of
a problem to several people requesting solutions, the solutions offerred are
invariably similar or at least embody similar principles.

LOL..Well actualy it is just a model of the HC mechanics (angles and rotation)
so im not sure it matters except in the "production"...... :-)

Can you prove you had your idea before I published mine?

Actualy the diagrams I posted demonstrate a very similar model that i had but
mine was not very compact or pretty i'm affraid (it was downright bulky and
ugly) and still required a marry go round or somthing for the annual rotataion
.......I don't have a photos of it........I would like and need to build a
perfected "streamlined" version that acuated mechanicaly and automated such
that there would be no "play" in the mechinim...In fact I think I will patent
it and sell'em for a fortune..... so you all better take the diagrams and go
build your own before I own the pattent and become filth rich..........LOL.....
Ironicaly all of the conditons for star trail photography have alredy been
taken, such that if the motion did take place as prescribed by HC it would have
shown up on what we alreday have available....... My diagrams are models that
you can build to simulate (as long as you use the real polaris) the HC motions
in a very short period of time
without getting any interferince from the real nightly rotation.... Im working
on figuring out the best way/ materials to build this with

Allen,

Do you have a "backyard" model where you have simulated the HC motion of the
earth and recorded start trails? If so, do you have a picture of it?

JA...
