Hi, Carl. I ran into some basic astronomy class notes from university courses on the Net -- the professors have their notes and outlines put up online. They are all nicely organized and dumbed down. I printed both out and keep them handy. They are really good for getting up to speed on terminology, basic stuff on astronomy. http://www.wiu.edu/users/mudaf3/wiu/day2notes.html and http://www.astronomy.ohio-state.edu/~pogge/Ast161/ Lots of times the discourse here is way over my head -- I admit.
