-yea but the cacher could have told the reviewer about anything. It is a very small road with little traffic, it's not an interstate so it will be OK, could have said that he had permission from "BOB" the maintenance guy. Didnt say how long ago the cache was placed. I have let a bunch of caches under roadway bridges get listed but that has been a while now.
Even smaller roadway bridges get looked at a little harder. We had a whole series of out in the country bridge caches. All pretty good. I would have to think twice about them now a days.
