Brian,
Take a look at the PERIOD and PHASE of each block. Are they configured for
the same PERIOD and resetting within the timing of the configured PERIOD?
You might consider running them on a shorter period, or adjusting the PHASE
of one to take out the off-set. I don't think you could count on the phases
of one CP consistently lining up with the phases of the second CP, though.
