Hi Erika,
This is Shawn not Jessie. The sentence about the employment issues is a little
unclear to me. What kind of employment issues (you do not have to share this
information but you may want re-word so it is a little easier to understand)
and I'm not sure if there was any violation by Toni telling the parents when
the teacher completed his/her schooling (you may have to look into this).
All license information is or should be public knowledge and it is Toni's job
to notify families if a teacher is teaching out of their licensed area.
However, this is something that should be stated to the entire community and
not in individual meetings unless parents specifically ask for this
information.
