Is it just an SVN repository that you're accessing via TortoiseSVN?
If so, I can probably just use the command line SVN client (I'm on
Linux) to commit to their repository (assuming I'm given commit
access). That, or I can just email you the translated PO file for you
to commit on my behalf.
