I have a car buddy in Florida that leaves his car on the driveway because
his garage is full of junk. I try pushing him to start clearing it out, and
get the car inside. One day he got two slashed tires, a month later his car
was stolen. Changing neighborhood. He got the car back and still left the
garage alone.
