I'm having solenoid trouble too, so I can sympathize with Gary's dilemma. I'm waiting for a guy from the Chicago Lighthouse to come to my home and pick up my Versapoint to be fixed. My brother got it about 6 years ago, so it may be past the warranty period. Thanks for sharing. I'm in good company.

When that happens you might be having sollenoid trouble and this will have to be fixed by Enabling Technologies. How long have you had this embosser? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gary Metzler" <gmtravel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, May 30, 2010 1:51 PM Subject: [duxuser] embossing problemHi All, I am running dbt 10.5 with a Juliet pro 60 embosser. Lately I have beennoticing that the documents have been starting embossing about a quarter of the way down the page. It is the same on both sides. I use 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Is there some settings I need to check and change? Any help wouldbe most appreciated.
