Unless you have solenoids that don't degrade over time, it is time you replace them. One other thing; after embossing for a number of years there is an accumulation of dust from the paper and this too needs to be removed from the unit. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gary Metzler" <gmtravel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Fransis,

I've had the embosser since 2002.

When that happens you might be having sollenoid trouble and this will have
to be fixed by Enabling Technologies. How long have you had this embosser? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gary Metzler" <gmtravel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi All,

I am running dbt 10.5 with a Juliet pro 60 embosser. Lately I have been
noticing that the documents have been starting embossing about a quarter
of
the way down the page. It is the same on both sides. I use 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Is there some settings I need to check and change? Any help would
be most appreciated. Thanks,

Regards, Gary Metzler
