Of course, the U.S. will always be the last to jump on the bandwagon!
Makes it all the more imperative to tweak the manual for the huge American
audience, which observers see as the life wire of the Duxbury enterprise.

A quick correction.
At the time the Australia/New Zealand Tutorial was written, New Zealand was
following BANA rules.
Since that time, New Zealand is following UEB rules.
When I mentioned that an American transcriber could follow the instructions
for those in New Zealand, I said that New Zealand was currently following
BANA rules.
This is of course an error.
I am sorry for any confusion I have caused.
