Yes, just like when you drop any picture into a frame that already contains a picture.
Which reminds me of someone who always deleted pictures before dropping another into their frame.
Of course it could be a deep question, what really happens to the picture, can black holes destroy information. Anyone who has seen Windows corrupt its file system knows the answer.
