Unless something like a fake filing system can solve your problem, I
suspect you will end up having to use the DDL route.

Basically, for each file, save as DDL, edit the ddl, and do a global
search and replace. I haven't used it, but it sounds as though
Keystrokes might be of help here. Finally load the DDL back into OPro,
and save normally.
You will lose some settings relating to views, e.g. scale, facing
pages (I think, not sure about that one), but it basically works.
Laborious though. Check default print settings too.

One thing you might hit - if a missing picture is on the page that
opens first, the viewing window will become extremely small. There is
about a 1mm strip of it over which menu button presses work. Usually
it will be enough to call up save and choose DDL. If you want to do
more, use view, options, and untick pictures. You can then return the
document to normal size.

Rather than using the DDL route, for simple documents you can simply
replace the pictures, providing you know what they should have been.
Having done the above step, to turn off picture viewing, you can now
see the references, and find the originals.

Another trick - triple-click on the picture to open the properties
window, which shows the scaling and offset. WHILE THIS WINDOW IS OPEN,
drop the replacement picture into the frame. Then close properties and
the original settings will be applied to the "new" picture.

After learning all this, I changed the settings to embed all pictures.
The problem shows up if you move a document between Iyonix and VRPC,
or anything else that changes the filing system name. Housekeeping on
the pictures directories gets messy too.
