Have carried out another insert page test.
Have a 2 page document, for a book, the face page with a picture
and a contents page which was Ctrl>Enter to start a new page.
Also with margins set up for binding.
If I insert a page after page 1, so that I can have a blank
second page (or publishers information), and contents on the
right hand side, it moves the picture down into the middle of
contents page and some (contents) text onto a new 3rd page.
Inserting a page before 2 nothing happens.
