Within the terms of his remit...he conducted a full survey and received all the information he requested (if it is a he). The rest of it is classified...

You could try asking him...under the Freedom of Information Act...but I dare say that there will be some law or other which prevents any revelations. Remember, if an inspector or an officer of oversight is too diligent at his job...complaints happen from powerful people and organisations...and they often get moved on...and finish up like Diane Roark, fighting for justice and being thwarted at every turn, for years afterwards.

They have got "whistleblower" protection of course....
