well they were kind enough to refund me otherwise I would've sat with a card I
would be unable to use.

That sounds... unlikely.
But not impossible... just extremely unlikely.
What did they try swapping out? Just the card?
What is the capacity of your powersupply?
Bios update?
How old is your PC?
700 series cards came out 3 years ago.

so I went to vefa café yesterday. bought a 950 gtx because my pc was
embarrassing me when running sf5.
They fit it for me after long struggle shifting cables and kuk. then they
switch it on. It just hangs on the bios screen. They fit a 750. Still doesn't
work.
turns out the new cards are not compatible with my board. [☹] so in
order to upgrade I need to get a totally new pc. so much kuk man.
If sony doesn't make sf5 use old sticks then im afraid stick boyz are gna hav
to use either:
- a converter
- get a new stick
- play on pad
- play in 640 x 800 on my pc [☹]
my bad peeps

From the minute hesitation in your commitment. It might be nearly unnoticeable,

However I believe Zato should be moved down more as he can only be there if
