WTF? Sounds like armour moves will be a lot like Tekken’s crush moves. They
always work… sometimes.

Also don't ever attempt to "armor" Paul's Deathfist. You will easily eat 50%
dmg for 10% dmg back lolz
Paul is so simple and strong...it's nuts. Highest comeback character of all
cast. No need for rage art. Deathfist Demo-Man ftw. Demo-man seems to do more
dmg too -_-

Armor moves will take all strings and attempt to "counter" your opponent. So
yes...using armor moves will result in you eating full razors. To top it off,
if you do razors into low...the low will stop Armor moves. Since Armor moves
only counter high and mids.
Armor moves are not the same as MK or SF. It will never armor through you
opponent during a string or move. Only at the end. Unless there's a big gap
during moves like lei's uf3+4,4...it will absorb uf3+4 but interrupt the last 4
since it's too slow and not considered a true string.
During Armoring, you take CH dmg so that's 150% instead of 100%. A prime
example is Jin's 124 doing 40% or 13214 doing 50% of max hp. So Lei's Razor
Rush into low will be the same and launch since they're in CH state.
This is based of testing armor moves and strings in T7. Another example is
Steve's ducking 12121212121212121212121212. The person who armor eats all and
then hit steve back at the end of the string since it doesn't end with a low.
You also can't use armor moves during opponent's strings. So they can't block
razor f~1,2 then armor the next 1,2,3.
Armor moves and Rage art also have start up frame so it CAN be interrupted if
they don't have enough frames to "beat" your opponent. Example, if you jab your
opponent with 1,2 you're at +7. And if you do df+1 which is 13frames...you're
at 6frames...they can't activate armor moves in between 1,2 into df1. Since
Armor moves only have "absorbing" properties during mid and late of animation.
First few frames it's still interruptable (like 1-3).

Hitting full razors seems unlikely... unless the armor moves are very slow.
The full razors string takes quite a while.
I assume they will actually hit and interrupt Lei long before he manages to
finish the string.
Im just seeing somebody block 1 or 2 razors, waiting to see what Lei is going
to do and the seconds he sees any kind of delay he just armors through the
delayed stuff...
Also not sure how much damage the armore moves do... not sure whats gonna be
the winning trade between Power Crush vs 1 to 3 hits of razors.
All speculation of course. Since I havent played the game and Lei doesnt exist
yet.
If the razor transitions are good enough to avoid them it could be fine...
Otherwise if they let Lei block during razor transitions again like T5 then it
wouldnt be a problem tho :P

Armor moves don't work the same as MKX or SF... you actually eat the whole
string CH dmg unless there's a gap...but you still eat all hits before gaps. So
Armor move Razor Rush = 50% of you hp gone.
Moves with gaps would be something like Paul's d+1,2. Also Armor moves aka
Power Crush. Don't armor Lows and Throws (also it has start up frames so you
can't just use it in the middle of being -9 on block). So if you did f~n
1,2,1,2,3...not only they will eat 4 hit in CH dmg. The last low will knock
them down too since it will count as CH -_-
Other than that, some of his stance transitions probably need a look at too.

More like all his "tricks" will be useless due to armor moves.
Do anything in a stance? Armor move
Delay razors? Armor move
etc. etc.
He was already in bad position after most of his transitions, armor is just
going to make his options worse.
Will ofcourse vary since not all armor moves are the same... but I see that as
a major problem.

Lei's combo would fit in T7 but his other tools will not. He will do RIDICULOUS
among of damage if Razor Rush CH...
So i think they're fixing his movelist. Hopefully...
Just don't half ass and release old characters who are missing now like Jack
7...

Can't deny that FR visually looks amazing. I'm also pretty sure they're tuning
up move list of the missing character. Like Nina, Her movelist just won't work
in T7 combo scaling. Also everyone is getting a default costume update (about
time!).
Sidestepping is nerfed yes. But not to the ground. It's more tight. You can't
just randomly ss. But Side walk is still the same. BDC seems the same but the
new walking speed from SF makes A LOT of things wiff more often... RIP Dragunov
d+2 T_T
I'm sure they're busy cooking up something for FR release.

Harada have stated the Tekken 7 that's released so far is a 50% beta version.
So not surprised by the mediocre graphics (they better have a solution to
random lags before thinking of upgrading graphics...nothing destroys your
fighting spirit when it lags during the most important part of the match
because of particle effect -_-) and lack of roster...But Akuma was a big
surprise...but guest character is pretty common in fighting games nowadays. If
it increases interests for new players or SF players to play Tekken 7. I say
why not. But just one guest character please...otherwise, might as well be TxSF.

It's not such a great day for peeps that I know. My buddy's dad got mugged
while cycling this morning. They shoved a stick through his spokes while he was
doing 40kph downhill.
Then they took a half-brick and hit him on the head. Hard enough to break his
helmet.
He's in hospital now with a fractured and cracked collerbone. Dislocated
shoulder and a bleed on the brain.

What makes it even more scary was the fact that that I hit the dude with a
walking stick(grand father's) aiming for the head and missed.
I did connect though but it wasn't a head shot.
The dude's retaliation was a ferocious 'your ma se poes' that shook me and I
retreated immediately(shocked) because all I had on me were shorts (half naked
and bare footed) and the walking stick lol.
What makes the day even more kak was the fact that the police did not even open
a docket because I needed to bring a list of stolen items from my little
sister's room after waiting for a good hour...
