My first early morning thoughts are Who in the patient's system sacrificed
themselves for another? Did someone sacrifice themselves for one of the
patients ancestors? Or did an ancestor witness self sacrifice and could not
make sense of it.
A little more coffee and I'm sure I'll have more thoughts
