"Theorizing can be a rather weak way to get there."
Hello Heiki and All,
Being myself of a somewhat critical and judgemental disposition I tend to
agree with you. Yet I felt it appropriate to first make some attempt at
establishing ground rules and establishing whether there is a willingness
to explore the issue Vinay has raised.
Powerlessness in itself and certainly in the face of non negotiable
exclusion is a wonderful topic to explore - if there is willingness to do
so. Of course here on this forum we are all reasonable people. Yet I found
it is the unreasonable reaction that may hold the key to deeper levels of
awareness.
So we need to know is it ok within the confines of a specific agreement to
be unreasonable in our expressions. And as stated before who would hold the
space, if anyone? You see I felt Vinay opened the issue for exploration but
will we follow it up?
Best wishes,
Robert

Might be you just want to change state? Theorizing can be a rather
weak way to get there.

I am writing about a topic that’s a little difficult.
In the constellation ethos, exclusion is understood, generally, to be a
source of entanglements.
One of the things I have really valued about the constellation community
itself is the degree of inclusiveness that is widely exhibited. So many
different facilitators, with their different styles, yet there seems to
isa general ability to get along. This open, field-oriented inclusiveness

However, recently I was dismayed to find an unmistakable example of
exclusion on the peer level in one area of the constellation community.
This experience was rapidly and clearly confirmed, and the gate to
holdwas shut down completely.
Now, in the realm of human experience, people engage in all sorts of
behaviours, for their own reasons, and obviously influenced by their own
field. But I thought to raise it, as perhaps its a difficult thing to
discuss exclusionary behaviour within our own community, by people who

I certainly felt impacted by it, and somewhat powerless in the face

I am interested in other’s reflections on this issue. I guess that given
the high valance given to the topic, somewhere it will form a disowned
shadow.
