Yeah, that last page can be tough or even getting to where you need that last
page is tough.
I was able to complete the story for Legion of Super-Heroes 261 but the last
page was a bit costly.
In 2016, I won the first ten pages of the issue, which only consisted of 17
pages, and figured that was it. I have several issues for the Legion where I
have a lot of pages but don't ever expect to complete the issue.
Then in 2019 the next three pages appeared at auction, so I figured I better
get those and I won them.
The following week the next three pages appeared so I bid and won those putting
me only 1 page away from completing the issue.
Sure enough the last page appeared the following week but bundled with two
other pages from other Legion issues. I had to bid high to win, paying almost
as much for those three pages as I paid for the first ten pages.

page (page 17).
