Daredevil #57 is a pivotal chapter in the great Colan/Shores run. This issue
includes the death of Karen Page's father, the villain Death's Head. At Paxton
Page's funeral, DD reveals his secret identity to Karen in one of Gene's most
beautiful and dramatically rendered scenes.I found the previous page 9 in this
Colan-channels-HItchcock sequence in the previous century, so adding this
consecutive page 10 recently was a decision that involved little or no mental
effort. Gene's matchless cinematography skills are on excellent display here.
