April 10 at Peoria Flat Rd. We will park in the large parking lot where the
horse trailers park. Walk from there towards where the river comes out of the
dam and we can see how much water is being released from the lake. Maybe be
awed by how much!!! There should be some flowers along the way. This is out
and back. I don't know mileage, but it's not a long hike, maybe 4 miles total.
Bring lunch to eat on the trail if we find a nice spot, if not we will eat back
at the cars so maybe bring a chair in case we have to do that.
Dogs are welcome...BUT there might be horses so beware!
Meet in Jamestown at 9:30, regular place by the highway just past the
intersection with Rawhide Rd. We can arrange car pooling from there.
