There are some people who are subcontractors whose names we know. Mayrie
Renae and Dave Russell for two. They are paid subcontractors and can proof
their own submissions.

If it was an outsourcer I think it would have a name that you would not
expect a person to have, such as Worth Trust. If it actually has a person's
name it is probably a Bookshare employee.
