Hi, Tina! Just to add to Shelley and Kellie's comments, it's fine to delete junk characters, such as the caret l l you described. In fact, it's preferable. Some of us will search for specific junk characters, such as tabs, slashes, and caret symbols, deleting or replacing them as we find them. I've found that a spell-check goes much quicker if I eliminate as much junk as I can find beforehand. <Smile> Yes, you can search for books on the validation page. The search options are located right above the list of books. You can search by title, author, format, etc. Hope this is helpful!
