Hi Rick,
This has just been within the last few years, when they started downsizing
on library jobs. I always had the same experience as you when the books
came from Chicago.

When did that happen? I used to get braille books from Chicago as late as
the 70s, but the Chicago Public Labrary, Hild Branch, supplied them. They
were not particularly at that time. If I ordered a bunch of books, I might
get one or two.
