Sheer nonsense. From the outset, the plan was merely to have the site down
long enough to incorporate the new page that comes up when you attempt to
download something. Your "blind leaders" accomplished absolutely nothing
that wasn't already planned before the temporary shutdown was announced in
the first place, so let's stop the breast-beating and self-promotion.

Yes, only when blind leaders planned to contact members of Congress and 
seek an investigation into the matter.  He apparently decided to restore 
access to Web Braille and protect his job.
