Hi Pamela.
Can you please tell me how I can go about getting the unit serviced?
Does the case need replacing if only the belt clip is snapped? Email me
privately at "ibrahim_gucukoglu@xxxxxxxx" with the details and I'll be
happy to discuss sending my unit back to you for servicing.
