The $65 covers parts and labor.  Sometimes, if a case has to be replaced, then 
the cost will be more.  If customers are outside the US, then there may be a 
shipping charge, too.

Hi Sandy and Robert.

Do you know if that includes the charges for carrying out the work IE
labor costs or are they extra.  I am in the UK so appart from postage
which shouldn't be too expensive, the price doesn't at all sound
unreasonable.
