In your previous email, you mentioned that if you wiggle your cable, the =
Book Port is recognized. If this is the case, then Clarence's suggestion =
of trying a new cable is a good one, you will need to try a different =
cable. Also, even though removing and/or changing the batteries can =
restore defaults, I would suggest that you reset your machine with and =
without the flash card inserted. The command for the reset is the 2 plus b =
keys together. Also, just because you've reformatted once, doesn't mean =
you won't have to again. It may be time to reformat it again.=20

such as the book port locking up after disconnecting it from the =

the transfer software not starting after I connect the book port, =
deleting=20
memos and getting error messages which I can't recall and so forth.
