Hi, Sarah. Yes, I seem to recall reformatting my 128 mb flash card but I
can't remember when. I am having similar problems that others are having
such as the book port locking up after disconnecting it from the computer,
the transfer software not starting after I connect the book port, deleting
memos and getting error messages which I can't recall and so forth.
