[bookport] Re: Any new hardware revision plans?

Well, I want my BookPort to do all of these things, and scan and read =
all my mail and other print material, act as either a cell phone or =
modem or both, keep track of my entire life, and have a Braille display. =
Oh, and I want it to be even smaller, and not to get charged for any of =
these hardware upgrades.

All of the above was written with an unhealthily large dose of sarcasm, =
and a wide, wide grin.

On a much more serious note, I really have trouble understanding why all =
the suggested hardware additions have been suggested. In my =
not-so-humble opinion, it's not a PDA, substitute for a computer, or =
personal organizer, it's a BookPort, meant for reading books. I love =
the additional capability of listening to MP3s, but my main use for this =
wonderful little gadget is for reading books. If the day ever comes =
when a hardware upgrade is available, I will probably spring for it, =
providing I have the funds, but I will cry giant crocodile tears while =
it's gone.

APH, keep up the excellent work!

Just adding my three-and-a-half cents to the fray.

Sarah

And pay my bills and do my laundry, and I want it now! (smile)
