I am pretty sure that if you format the card and then load something onto it
the help file will be put on the card. That is the way it works for me at
any rate. .

Hello:
I have obtained a 2 GB CF card. When I put it into the Bookport, and format the card, it doesn't put the help file on the system. Also, it formats as FAT32. What should I do to get the card to work properly. I have formatted as fat and FAT32 using a card reader. I have also tried formatting on the Bookport. I am running firmware version 2.2.0.1. Please help with any ideas. Thanks.
